You have the right to return your item/s for a full refund (excluding postage charges and personalised items).

Personalised items are not eligible for refunds, unless they are faulty or damaged.
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and in the same condition that they were received. Please include your name, contact information, and order number when returning the items.
Refunds will only be given to the original purchaser.

Any item/s received damaged, or in an unsatisfactory condition, must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery for refunds or replacements to be issued. In most circumstances we will request photographic evidence and/or the return of the item. In these cases we will also refund all reasonable postage charges incurred by you.

With ALL returns, we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit and therefore recommend that you use a trackable service.

All refunds will be issued by us as within 14 working days upon receiving the returned goods.
